Tour balloons are created to look beautiful - here's how to keep them that way.

Balloons are delicate and can burst if rubbed against rough walls, ceilings or sharp edges. Try to keep them away from textured surfaces, low ceilings and pets.

When collecting, make sure there’s plenty of space in your vehicle. Keep windows closed and avoid strong heaters or air conditioning blowing directly onto the balloons.

Balloons react to temperature changes. Heat can cause them to expand (and pop), while very cold temperatures can make balloons temporarily shrink and wrinkle.

You may also notice balloons becoming slightly matte or cloudy overtime, this is a natural process called oxidisation. This is completely normal and can happen with exposure to air, sunlight and heat.

For best results, keep your balloons in a stable, ambient indoor environment — away from direct sunlight, radiators and very cold spaces.

If foil balloons appear wrinkled after being in the cold, don’t panic 🤍 Once they return to room temperature, they usually re-expand beautifully.

Air-filled designs can last days (often much longer) indoors.
Latex helium balloons usually float for 1–3 days with added balloon treatment, Foil balloons typically float for 3-5 days depending on size, temperature and environment.

Balloons aren’t designed for prolonged outdoor exposure. Wind, rain and temperature changes can affect them quickly. If your event is outdoors, we’ll chat through the best option for your setup.

Our balloons and props are for display purposes and aren’t toys. Please ensure children and pets are supervised around balloon displays at all times.

Once balloons leave the studio, they are your responsibility — but I’ll always make sure you leave knowing exactly how to care for them🤍
